Terms and Conditions

By using StayLoo (referred to as "we", "our", or "the platform"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern all users, including property owners (Listers) and property seekers (Tenants).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By, listing a property, or booking a stay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Listing Terms
- Property listings submitted through the form are manually reviewed before being shown.
- All details including rent, photos, location, etc., must be accurate and genuine.
- Fake, misleading, or abusive listings will be removed without notice.
3. Host Responsibilities
As a Host, you agree to:
- ✅ Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing for your property.
- ✅ Comply with all local laws, tax regulations, and zoning requirements.
- ✅ Honor confirmed bookings and maintain the property in safe, habitable condition.
- ✅ Avoid discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
4. Guest Responsibilities
As a Guest, you agree to:
- ✅ Use the property only for its intended purpose (residential stays).
- ✅ Follow the Host's house rules (check-in/check-out times, noise policies, etc.).
- ✅ Pay for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- ✅ Not engage in illegal activities on the premises.
5. Booking & Payments
- Booking Requests: Guests submit requests to StayLoo, and Hosts have 24 hours to accept or decline.
- Payment Processing: StayLoo collects payments from Guests for more details of space and provide valid and necessary contacts to them, then whatever decided in conversations isn't our responsibility.
- Cancellations:
- Guests may cancel based on the Host's chosen policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict).
- Hosts may cancel only in emergencies (penalties may apply for frequent cancellations).

7. Listing expiry
- Free listings may remain for a limited period of time, as specified during listing submission.
- Paid listings are active on site untill paid subsciptions are expired. (You can renew it)
- Boost-plan listings are active on site for limited period of time(20 days). You cannot renew again Boost-Plan. (You can take another plan to run)
AboutBoost-Plan
- Paid promotional service offered by StayLoo that allows user to increase visibilty for limited time.
- Pricing- You can access this plan in just 199/- and you get all premium features for 20 days. [No renewal].
- After expiry you may take any subscription plan or moove with basic visibility [limited period].
- If multiple listings are boosted in same area then listing quality score plays role and given by company.
- If you can't get any tenant under this plan then upto 100% amount is refundable under valid circumstances.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
- ❌ List fake properties or mislead users.
- ❌ Harass, scam, or discriminate against others.
- ❌ Use the Platform for commercial purposes (e.g., events, subletting) without permission.
9. Disputes & Refunds
- Guest Issues: We charge a small amount to connect you with owners, this charge is charged one time only. Between 24hr your enquiry about any property and your conversations with owners, you can take 50% refund not after that. So If a property is significantly different from the listing, Guests may request to owner for any further actions.
- Host Issues: If a Guest violates house rules, we aren't responsible
- StayLoo's Role: We mediate disputes but do not guarantee resolutions.
10. Intellectual Property
- STAYLOO owns all platform content (logos, design, software).
- Hosts grant STAYLOO a non-exclusive license to use property photos for marketing.
11. Liability & Disclaimers
STAYLOO is not responsible for:
- Property conditions or Host/Guest interactions.
- Injuries, theft, or damages during a stay.
- Internet outages or technical issues.
12. Termination
We may suspend or ban accounts for violations of these Terms. Users may delete accounts anytime via settings.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in [Your Jurisdiction]'s courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Users will be notified via email or in-app alerts. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
